Food: Chocolate Class with Chocotenango!
Learn through your taste-buds in this three-hour edible history lesson of chocolate at Union Kitchen! Participants will make lollipops and truffles in molds while exploring the differences between dark, milk, and white chocolate, as well as learn about the tempering process and come away with an understanding of what makes “good” chocolate.
