Pati Jinich, the Mexican chef and history buff, featured in Hola Cultura’s 2012 web-documentary, “El Arte de la Cocina/Kitchen Arts,” has a new cookbook. The Washington Post has an article about the book with a few yummy-looking recipes in its food section, timed to coincide with Pati’s book tour. The details:
In addition to some scrumptious snacks, Pati will converse with Beard Award-winning food critic Tim Carman, followed by a Q&A and a book signing.
