The District’s AfroLatino culture will be discussed and celebrated in special events tonight and tomorrow night. Tonight, there’s public panel and forum followed on Wednesday with a ceremony celebrating Afro-Latino community leaders in such areas as advocacy, human rights, education, volunteerism, and the arts.

Afro Latino Recognition Awards Ceremony, Wed., Feb. 19
